We are located on the corner of Harry Hines and Perth St, in a white brick warehouse building.

Our hours on Monday - Friday are 8:30am to 5:00pm

On Saturday we are open from 8:30am to 4:00pm

Yes! We are open to the public.

We offer wholesale pricing.

What are your policies?

Minimum cut: 1 yard per fabric.

All cut yardage is final sale. Once fabric is cut, it belongs to the customer—please confirm fabric and yardage before cutting.

What kind of fabrics do you offer?

We offer all types of fabrics! We have quilting cottons, apparel fabric, drapery, and upholstery. We also have pillow inserts of all different sizes, foam, trim, zippers, thread. etc.

What is parking like?

We have our own parking lot, so it’s super easy to find!
